Job Description

As a Business Analyst (Mobile), you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of development projects. You'll analyze requirements, coordinate cross-functional efforts, integrate solutions, and facilitate communication between development teams and other departments. Your key responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and documenting product and project requirements, coordinating workflows between teams, translating business needs into technical specifications, developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, monitoring project progress, managing changes, supporting priority adjustments, participating in project planning and estimation, offering process optimization recommendations, facilitating the seamless integration of solutions, supporting teams and stakeholders with analytical insights and project reports, and mentoring the team on best practices in data and process analysis.

Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of development projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional efforts, integrating solutions, and fostering communication between development teams and other departments.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and documenting product and project requirements for development.
  • Coordinating workflows among developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Communicating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these into technical specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams.
  • Monitoring project progress, aligning requirements, managing changes, and supporting priority adjustments when needed.
  • Participating in project planning and estimation, offering recommendations to optimize processes and improve product quality.
  • Facilitating the seamless integration of developed solutions into the company’s existing systems and processes.
  • Supporting development teams and stakeholders with analytical insights and project reports.
  • Mentoring and guiding the team on best practices in data and process analysis.

  • Familiarity with project planning and estimation, with the ability to provide process optimization recommendations.
  • Experience in integrating solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to deliver insights through project reports.
  • Leadership skills to mentor teams on best practices in analysis and process improvement.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
