Develop and execute the billing business development strategy;
Lead and grow business development teams to oversee, motivate, and ensure the growth and professional development of the teams;
Set up and improve processes for market and competitor research;
Search for payment solution providers and evaluate potential providers that meet the company's needs;
Set plans and goals for business growth, market expansion, and cost optimization;
Support strong formal and informal relationships with existing and potential partners;
Negotiate better conditions with partners to lead negotiations and secure more favorable terms and agreements with partners and service providers.
2+ years as a Business Development Manager Lead in PSP or payments;
Experience communicating with foreign customers and partners, including C-level executives;
Understanding of contractual relations, corporate cash flow, income, and expenses;
Ability to act with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance procedures;
Knowledge of online payment technical integrations, funnels, and flows;
Advanced English level with the ability to discuss business matters.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven environment;
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills;
Multitasking, time management, and planning abilities.
