Growe is seeking a Business Development Team Lead with 2+ years of experience in PSP or payments. The ideal candidate will have experience communicating with foreign customers and partners, including C-level executives, and a deep understanding of contractual relations, corporate cash flow, and compliance procedures. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

  • Develop and execute the billing business development strategy;

  • Lead and grow business development teams to oversee, motivate, and ensure the growth and professional development of the teams;

We need your professional experience:
  • 2+ years as a Business Development Manager Lead in PSP or payments;

  • Experience communicating with foreign customers and partners, including C-level executives;

  • Understanding of contractual relations, corporate cash flow, income, and expenses;

  • Ability to act with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;

  • Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance procedures;

  • Knowledge of online payment technical integrations, funnels, and flows;

  • Advanced English level with the ability to discuss business matters.
