Position Overview

You will take charge in a leadership position, within defined Sales region, for ensuring growth or opening new strategic opportunities through building new relationship with new Partners by understanding their current business structure and capability to identify the impact in the Market. You will understand and align own activities to Autodesk's business model transformation strategy. At higher levels, you will also demonstrate awareness of external industry trends and evaluate programs based on their fit with organisational strategies.

You will work in a hybrid role reporting directly to the Director, Channel Sales in Japan. You will be a partner sales member who drives our sales revenue and market development by working with our channel solution providers (Partners) through consultation, business planning and market development activities focused on Autodesk's portfolio of offerings. You will achieve or overachieve our financial and business objectives by working directly with our solution providers and internal team members to ensure attention and investment from our partners in the Autodesk Solution Provider programs and incentive framework.

You will communicate with our Solution Providers for smooth launch of Autodesk's New Buying Experience model rollout planned for near the future.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate two-way communication by liaising between our solution providers and Autodesk while building relationships to ensure common vision especially for New Buying Experience launch

  • Hiring New Solution Provider is also part of responsibility

  • Build New close relationship with Enterprise Consulting Firm as part of Service Provider to maximise value for customer through delivering Services

  • Recaps quarterly sales results with solution providers and helps set quotas and goals for upcoming quarters

  • Partner with solution providers to create sales and marketing plans

  • Help manage and maximize co-op funds available and coordinate marketing efforts to maximise use of our materials and resources

  • Provide training to the solution providers directly or through appropriate company resources in the following areas: New Buying Experience relatedEnablement Adoption, product training, sales training, account development, presentations, seminar activities, marketing planning, and proposaldevelopment

  • Working with Retail Partners will also be within the scope of the position

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above preferably in a related field of study

  • More than 5 years in a partner sales role especially for Partner Acquisition

  • Excellent customer engagement experience

  • Have background meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • High fluent in Japanese ability, reading, writing, speaking and daily conversation ability in English

  • Experience preferably in related IT field ex. CAD/ CAM/ CAE, hardware, ,Enterprise software business or Consulting Firm
