About the job:
As a Client Experience Specialist, Search Ads 360, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service. Your expertise in Google's product suite, particularly Search Ads 360, will be essential in providing strategic guidance and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and applying knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools to provide the best solutions for client challenges. * Diving into client business objectives and leading conversations on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment. * Managing a book of business, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize). * Drive conversations on Search Ads 360 and measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists).
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development
  • Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently
Good to have:
  • Experience in campaign management for Google Ads (e.g., Search and YouTube) or Display and Video 360
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance
  • Excellent project management skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in campaign management for Google Ads (e.g., Search and YouTube) or Display and Video 360.
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions supported by internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite, mainly Search Ads 360.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer the best solution for our clients' business challenges.
  • Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
