- Be THE point of contact for our engaged and passionate community
- Gather, curate and aggregate player feedback to our developers
- Organize and oversee the moderation of our communication platforms in line with company guidelines
- Plan and execute in-game events
- Develop and execute strategies to increase community growth and retention
- Work closely with QA, Support and Content Management teams to ensure proper and timely communication of issues both internally and externally
- Manage and expand a team of highly motivated volunteers to help achieve your goals
