We are looking for a Community Specialist who will plan and execute a comprehensive content strategy fostering an engaged community.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing community strategies across social media platforms to enhance user engagement
Engaging with our community, responding to inquiries and feedback
Analyzing and reporting community metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, translating these into actionable plans
Collaborating with graphic designers for content creation
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our approach

Requirements

Experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Experience with social media management tools
Willingness to take ownership of the community management
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Passion and interest in games and community management
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
