Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Universal Music Group provides comprehensive administrative and marketing support to the Digital Marketing team. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing invoices, improving team processes, creating presentations, tracking deadlines and budgets, assisting with marketing tasks, coordinating communications (internal and external), handling travel arrangements, and processing payments. The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in digital marketing is preferred.

How you'll LEAD:
Universal Music Group is seeking a Team Coordinator for our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a systems thinker, a problem solver and someone who feels comfortable communicating with all kinds of people via a variety of methods.


How you'll CREATE:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including scheduling individual meetings, prioritizing requests, and reserving time for solo work.

  • Support the Digital Marketing team by scheduling group meetings, submitting invoices for payment, identifying improvements to team processes, and assisting with creation of department presentations and other communications.

  • Tracks department deadlines, deliverables, and budgets, following up on elements as needed.

  • Assists with light marketing duties, including coordination of presentations, consolidating, and supporting the entire team on communications including internal and external business partners.

  • Review incoming document deliveries and distribute accordingly.

  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls for the internal Digital Marketing team as well as external teams

  • Make travel arrangements and complete travel and expense reports.

  • Assist with getting all necessary paperwork for processing payments.

  • Keep detailed and organized information tracking chart.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Bring your VIBE:

  • 2+ years of team coordinator and executive assistant experience

  • Self-Starter who works to understand business objectives and goals to provide anticipated support to the team without direct guidance

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or related degree

  • Proficient in MS Office suite

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under limited supervision

  • Excellent written, verbal, and outgoing/upbeat interpersonal skills

  • Highly dependable, proactive and can be relied upon to complete tasks

  • Willingness to aggressively chase down information

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Ability to perform research, summarize info and report back findings

  • Experience within digital marketing (preferred)
