You will be leading a team of graphic designers, photographers, and content writers. Your job will be to interact with the team to understand their campaign, goals, and desired deliverables. As a manager, your responsibilities will also include the process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating appealing and meaningful visual content. The graphics your team creates should capture attention of the audience and should successfully communicate the right message. To achieve this, the right candidate must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into conversion-friendly designs. Youll be the one to shape the visual aspects of all collaterals. The goal is to inspire the team, come up with unique and effective designs and to attract the target audience, keeping in mind the brands personality and tone. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all the aspects of design, production of graphic art & visual materials for print and digital media.
Ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standard and follow best practices.
Collaborate on projects with colleagues, delegate tasks, and check projects for quality and consistency.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product engineering teams to check designs and ensure messages are appropriate for the target audience (customers).
Oversee the creation and execution of design solution including imagery, charts, infographics & multimedia elements used for marketing, advertising, sales, & other forms of communication.
Work closely with photographers and merchandising team to accurately represent all products online, update as needed according to industry standards and trends.
Keen eye for photography and creative bent of mind. Evaluate current photography standards for improvement and maintain standards for all studio-based photography. Ensure that team members are trained and consistently adhering to set and brand standards.
Working on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign.
Review final production for errors and ensure that final work reflects the
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends. brand. Required Skills:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with InDesign, UI Design, AutoCAD, CAD, HTML, CSS, and Agile software and systems. Designing for different media - Should be familiar with techniques and materials for designing digital and print media. A collaborator, team player and a problem solver. Motion Graphic Skills is an added advantage. Minimum 4 Years Of Experience In Graphic Designing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication and conceptual thinking. Strong typography skills and design skills. Experience in team handling.
