Job Description

As a CRM Adobe Consultant at Publicis Groupe, you'll design, implement, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic and Salesforce. Responsibilities include creating email/SMS campaigns, managing workflows and audience segmentation, building conversion funnels, and A/B testing. You'll need at least 2 years of experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, excellent organizational skills, and strong English proficiency (C1). The role involves implementing customer journeys and marketing automation strategies across various channels.
Must have:
  • 2+ years Adobe Campaign Classic experience

Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Creation, execution, and optimization of multichannel campaigns.
  • Implementation of customer journeys and marketing automation strategies using Adobe Campaign Classic and Salesforce.
  • Creation of email marketing/SMS campaigns for different channels, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
  • Definition and management of workflows and audience segmentation.

Qualifications

What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (ADE), or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in executing marketing automation campaigns in Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • High level of English proficiency - C1 (spoken and written).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Digital profile, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
