The CRM Campaign Specialist will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app) for Max in the APAC region. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, campaign building and deployment in Braze/Blueshift, stakeholder collaboration (marketing, creative, MarTech, legal), campaign tracking, and adhering to best practices. The role requires experience with CRM operations, ESPs, lifecycle marketing, and project management tools like Asana or Jira. The position is a 12-month contract, and successful candidates will be employed by an external agency.

YOUR NEW ROLE    

The CRM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying marketing email, push, and in-app campaigns for both Max in the APAC region. S/he is a CRM operations professional who is detail-oriented, truly passionate about CRM, and has excellent campaign management skills.

YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • End-to-end campaign management, including:
    • Recommend best practice for audience segmentation and set up method to launch a successful marketing program or campaign
    • Building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platforms
    • Routing campaign builds through necessary stakeholders
    • Tracking campaign status and scheduling on the project board
    • Deploying campaigns in Braze and/or Blueshift
  • Partner closely with stakeholders from marketing strategy to fulfill strategic objectives
  • Partner closely with creative, MarTech, and legal to fulfill campaign requests.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Min. 2 years of experience in CRM operations (email and push) with an enterprise-level ESP; in-app messaging experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with audience segmentation tools; Braze experience preferred
  • Experience in managing projects through Asana, JIRA, Monday.com or a similar platform
  • Basic knowledge of email and push best practices
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with creative, marketing and business teams
  • Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is required
  • Fluency writing and speaking in English is required
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload efficiently

Please note that the employment for this position will be payrolled through an external agency vendor. Successful candidates will be employed by our appointed agency and assigned to work with us. This arrangement ensures that payroll and employment-related services are managed by our trusted partner, allowing us to focus on providing a productive and supportive work environment for our team.
