Job Description

As a Customer Onboarding Intern, you will support the Customer Onboarding Manager in transitioning new clients to Insider's platform. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our clients. You will assist with managing onboarding projects, contributing to successful outcomes, and accelerating Time to Value for clients. You will also participate in developing materials and processes that enhance the customer experience during onboarding. You will be responsible for documenting client interactions and supporting the transition to the Customer Success Team after the onboarding phase.
Must have:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and tasks.
  • Interest in technology, especially in SaaS platforms and system integration.
  • Willingness to learn about project management and client interaction.

We are looking for an intern to join our PST Team, supporting the Customer Onboarding Manager in transitioning new clients to our platform. This is a key role in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
