Data Entry Intern

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time)

Workdays: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: ₹12,000 per month (+ ₹2,000/month bonus on meeting all targets on time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, analyzing information to make decisions, and ensuring that all targets are met within deadlines. This role is ideal for someone with strong typing skills, excellent written communication, and an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:

• Accurately input and manage large volumes of data in various formats.
• Organize, verify, and update data across systems and databases.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyze raw data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Generate and maintain clear, concise reports for internal use.

Quality Control and Target Achievement:

• Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular checks and audits.
• Consistently meet deadlines and performance targets to qualify for the monthly bonus.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management tools is a plus.

Typing and Communication Skills: Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication abilities for clear and concise reporting.

Analytical Skills: A keen analytical mindset to evaluate raw data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy and precision in handling data and documentation.

Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting to shifting priorities.
