The Delivery Operations Manager is a crucial leadership role, responsible for operational excellence in the Belgian market. Key responsibilities include designing and leading end-to-end operations (order placement to delivery), analyzing and improving logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, finance/collections, and delivery processes. This role requires building strong cross-functional collaborations, leading and developing a team, optimizing operations for speed and customer experience, and defining strategic operational plans. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborative leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets, strong analytical skills, experience in change management, and excellent communication skills in English and Dutch/French. Travel within Belgium and occasionally to the Netherlands and France is required.
