Job Description

The Development Tester will ensure the quality of the game, making sure that the product meets well-defined criteria through analyzing the defined objectives; and making sure they are properly implemented, in a way that provides a quality product that meets our internal and external standards. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Perform qualitative tests on specific Rainbow Six Siege features to match our quality standards.
  • Perform specific tests on different platforms such as PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Series X.
  • Deliver feedback and reports to the development team, on a regular basis as well as on-demand.
  • Isolate and reproduce the bugs to assess gravity and probability based on Ubisoft’s standards.
  • Contribute to the TestPlan creation based on FSO and design documentation along multiple testing tools.
  • Tools management to set up configs for testing purposes.
  • Communicate directly with development teams and other development test teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes and tests to share with another teams worldwide.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • At least 3 years of QC experience, preferably on AAA Console/PC games.
  • Experience with Jira or other issue tracking tools and Atlassian suit.
  • Analytical skills, proactive, results-oriented personality.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork oriented and experienced.
  • Good knowledge of English both spoken and written.
  • Time management and ability to manage priorities.
  • Ability to learn fast and a high degree of creativity and initiative

Nice to have:

  • Desired knowledge on Xray.
  • Familiar with shooters genre and e-sports scene.
  • Experience with Co-Dev processes and workflow.
