The Global Marketing, Sales and Business Operations (GMSBO) team brings together staff from around the world, with a passion for engaging gamers with PlayStation’s extraordinary products and services. GMSBO teams are located in countries across the globe, balancing local relevance with a global perspective. Across our Direct to Consumer, channel partners, and services business, our teams work cross-functionally to bring the best of the PlayStation experience to markets and channels around the world.
The Direct 2 Consumer Division brings together a team from around the world, with a passion for engaging PlayStation gamers with relevant and entertaining content. This area of Sony Interactive Entertainment has experienced substantial growth in recent years, making it an important source of revenue. It is constantly adapting to industry changes. We are looking for individuals who are motivated by being part of a truly global team, working together at the forefront of digital content distribution. As part of this, we have created the Digital Games Sales (DGS) team who are responsible for driving the value proposition of the PlayStation Store.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Commercial and Independent Partners, Global Digital Games Sales, the Associate Digital Games Sales Manager will implement the DGS strategy, focusing on Independent publishers. They will deliver against digital revenue targets via implementation of a category planning process and strategic digital commercial plan. They must work collaboratively, as part of a cross-functional team, to optimise the consumer proposition and deliver title plans designed to achieve the delivery of shared commercial objectives globally.
The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic and flexible teammate, have proven negotiation skills, and a strong analytical mind that thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$105,800 - $158,600 USD
