About The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the team’s strong weapon in driving high-performing campaigns and shaping the company’s digital presence. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Your passion for digital marketing, combined with a deep understanding of performance metrics, will enable you to craft strategies that fuel lead generation and customer engagement.
You will take the lead in refining the existing digital marketing efforts, working with subject matter experts across the business to ensure best practices are implemented. You will play a key role in overseeing everything from web, social, and email marketing to paid media campaigns, while also driving performance improvements through data analysis and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies across web, social, email, and paid media channels.
- Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to implement best practices in digital marketing.
- Review existing strategies and be prepared to overhaul and rebuild digital marketing efforts from the ground up as needed.
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimise lead generation campaigns in collaboration with our paid media specialists and internal stakeholders.
- Track and analyse digital metrics (e.g., website traffic, cost-per-lead, cost-to-acquire) to continually enhance performance and user experience.
- Provide strategic insights to refine campaign performance and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
General Marketing
- Write clear, engaging, and effective copy for social media, blog posts, email marketing, and other formats, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Coordinate content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Oversee website performance, ensuring both content and functionality align with business objectives.
- Respond to comments and messages across social media platforms on behalf of LongView.
- Work with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of internal creative requests.
- Collaborate with our HubSpot expert to execute personalised marketing automation and CRM strategies.
Content & SEO
- Brief SEO copywriters on keyword research and content creation for blog posts.
- Optimise website and digital content for search engines using tools like Google Search Console and SEMRUSH.
Project Management
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks based on business value.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana) to create sprint plans and track progress.
- Communicate timelines and manage expectations with internal stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities
- Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned later on
About You
You are a digital marketing expert with a passion for performance-driven strategies. You’re comfortable working across a wide range of marketing tasks, from developing digital strategies to overseeing execution across multiple channels. Your data-driven approach ensures that every campaign delivers measurable results, and your ability to collaborate makes you a trusted partner for internal teams. You’re highly organised, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Industry experience in finance and/or fintech is a plus.
- Proven track record in running paid digital campaigns with a monthly budget of $20K+.
- Strong understanding of web design and development principles for both web and mobile platforms.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, keyword research, and briefing creative projects for content and design teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects, building sprint plans, and tracking delivery timelines.
- Ability to communicate and influence creative decisions, working closely with other teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute roadmaps to address challenges.

- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Social Media Management: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer/Sprout Social.
- Email Marketing: HubSpot Marketing Hub (or other platforms like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
- SEO & Content Optimization: Google Search Console, SEMRUSH.
- Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, AdRoll, or programmatic platforms.
- Project Management: Monday.com, Trello, Asana.
- Marketing Automation: HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, Autopilot.
