Job Description

As an ECS Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Salesforce solutions to assigned ECS accounts, exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets. You will manage the entire sales process, ensuring success against key performance indicators. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts and developing new accounts. You will identify and research territories, develop industry-specific strategies, and select qualified target accounts. You will collaborate with EBU to create a pipeline leveraging deep understanding of accounts, market knowledge and industry expertise. You will manage the sales process, leveraging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Co-Primes, Alliances, Partners, and Executives. You will generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective and focus on overall revenue and pipeline generation. You will keep Salesforce systems updated daily with accurate customer and deal information. You will manage activities required across various organizations, understand internal processes and collaborate with different departments. You will support the growth of enterprise accounts and their subsidiaries by closing Below CutOff (BCO) deals.
Must have:
  • Proven track record of success in new business development and existing account management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Experience in CRM application sales or industry-specific sales
  • Strong sense of accountability, team collaboration, flexibility to embrace new ideas, positive attitude, eagerness to learn and understand the product deeply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    顧客または商談単位で割り当てられたECSアカウントにSalesforceソリューションを販売することにより、月次/四半期/年次売上目標を上回ること。
    営業プロセス全体を管理し、主要なパフォーマンス指標に照らして確実に成果を上げ、既存アカウントの拡大と新規アカウントの開拓を行う。
    テリトリーの特定とリサーチ、業界ごとの戦略の策定、適格なターゲットアカウントの選定。
    EBUと協業するアカウントの深い理解、担当する市場・業界の知識を組み合わせたパイプラインの創出。
    セールスエンジニア、プロフェッショナルサービス、コプライム、アライアンス、パートナー、エグゼクティブなどの適切なリソースを活用したセールスプロセスの管理。
    短期的な成果を生み出す一方で、長期的な視点を維持し、全体的な売上・パイプライン創出に取り組む。
    正確な顧客情報と商談情報によるSalesforceシステムの日々の更新。
    さまざまな組織で必要とされる活動を管理し、社内プロセスを把握し各部署と協業する。
    BCO(Below Cut Off)案件の成約により、エンタープライズアカウントとその子会社の成長をサポートする。必要なスキル:
    新規開拓営業および、既存深耕営業で成功した実績を持ち、目標に対して達成経験と達成意欲を証明できる方。
    CRMアプリケーションの営業経験、または業種別営業経験があれば尚可。
    やり遂げる責任感、チームに対する協調性、新しい考えを取り入れる柔軟性、何事も前向きに取り組む姿勢、自社商品を深く理解する学ぶ意欲、関わる人に対して敬意を持ち積極的にコミュニケーションする力。
