The Ejecutivo de Venta Telefónica at IGT is responsible for achieving monthly sales quotas through outbound phone calls. Duties include contacting clients to sell products, providing detailed product information and addressing customer needs to close sales. Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor is crucial, along with meeting company goals and tracking client progress to prevent product depletion. The role requires 3 years of experience in phone sales within a call center or telemarketing environment. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Responsibilidades

  • Responsable de vender productos vía telefónica con cuotas establecidas por mes.
  • Encargado de ponerse en contacto con la base de clientes para lograr ventas y colocación de producto durante la llamada.
  • Brindar información acerca del producto, sus características, funcionalidad y precio, asesorando acerca de que producto cubre mejor la necesidad del cliente, todo esto con la única finalidad de convencer a los prospectos y cerrar la venta.
  • Tratar con amabilidad y entusiasmo a todos los contactos.
  • Trabajar por medio de metas establecidas por la compañía.
  •  Dar seguimiento a clientes oportuno para evitar agotamiento de producto.

Requisitos

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente
  • 3 años de experiencia en venta telefónica a través de un callcenter, televentas, telemarketing.
  • Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Capacidad para operar una computadora y navegar a través de funciones.
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Excelentes habilidades en Ventas.
