Job Description
This internship, part of the NOVA training camp (5th phase), focuses on environment art for the game "Infinite Warmth." Responsibilities include creating concept art, architectural planning, individual building design, prop design, and asset breakdown. The intern will collaborate with 3D artists to ensure detailed and functional designs within the game's world. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to project needs. A minimum 3-month in-person commitment is required, with graduation after September 2025.
Must have:
- Proficient in Photoshop, SAI
- Strong art foundation, excellent modeling skills
- Game industry passion, able to handle pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 3+ months in-person internship, graduation after Sep 2025
Good to have:
- Art/animation degree
- Prior internship or commercial art experience

职位描述
【需完整线下实习至少3个月，且需毕业时间为25年9月后】
1、 参与游戏前期美术设计，包括概念气氛图、建筑规划、单体建筑设计、功能物件设计及拆分等；
2、 结合世界观设定对物品进行包装，跟进策划需求，明确设计功能和目的，协同3D美术人员，完成场景相关的细节设计；
3、 与研发上下游沟通和配合，完善场景在游戏中的最终表现效果。
职位要求
１、 美术及动画专业优先；
２、 有相关实习或商稿经验优先；
３、 具备扎实的美术基础，造型能力强；
４、 熟练掌握Photoshop、SAI等常用绘图软件；
５、 热爱游戏行业，能承受工作中的压力和挑战；
６、 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能向项目发展方向去努力，有上进心；
７、 具备优秀的学习能力，能够按要求完成工作。
作品要求（随简历作为附件上传）：
-设计、绘制作品。静帧作品请提交常见的图片格式(JPG/TIFF/PNG/BMP)，图片压缩率不要太大，以免影响画面质量，请不要提交带图层文件体积过大的PSD工程文件
-3D作品请提供效果截图或视频，请不要提交原始工程文件。
-动画、序列帧作品请提交常见的视频格式（MP4/AVI/WMV/MOV），视频文件在保证画面质量的前提下可以适当的压缩输出，以免提交文件过大造成传输不便。
