Job Description
The Esports Broadcast Producer will be responsible for producing and directing live and recorded multi-camera productions for esports events and marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership in directing production and engineering of live broadcasts across multiple online platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with technical operators and project managers. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality video outputs, maintain in-house studio facilities, manage program schedules, and collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the production process. The position demands proficiency in streamlining workflows, excellent communication skills (Bahasa and English), strong stakeholder management, and a passion for gaming and the Indonesian esports industry. The ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Must have:
- 3+ years broadcast production experience
- Live multi-camera production expertise
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in broadcast software/hardware
- Excellent communication (Bahasa & English)
- Stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Indonesian esports industry

Job Description
- Produces and directs the production of various live and recorded studio, and filed based multi-care productions including but not limited to offline esports events and marketing campaigns
- Demonstrates strong leadership in directing the production and engineering of live broadcasts (in multiple online broadcast platforms) programming, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the technical operators as well as project managers in a variety of settings
- Assures the quality of videos or outputs to the best compression and compatibility with industry best practices based on the latest trends.
- Manages the maintenance of in-house studio facilities and oversees the program schedule management
- Collaborates with project managers, technical operators, external studios, and other stakeholders in ensuring the quality of the programs from concepts to deliverables
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Experienced program director with at least 3 years of broadcasting experience in producing and directing fast-paced live multi-camera media programming and events, able to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Have understanding of broadcast software and hardware required for live-streaming operations
- Able to keep up and implement the latest trend of broadcasting technology to optimize output quality
- Excellent proficiency in streamlining workflows
- Strong communication skill both in Bahasa and English
- Good stakeholder management and able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Willing to work in a fast-paced working environment within a tight deadline
- Passionate about games with knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia
