Responsibilities

• Improve efficiency and productivity through calendar, inbox management, and other administrative support needs.

Key Competencies

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to be autonomous and require a set process.
• Ensuring accuracy in tasks such as document preparation, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Managed complex scheduling, handling an intricate calendar across multiple departments and time zones.
• Oversaw all travel arrangements, ensuring seamless executive travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and meeting prep.
• Led meeting coordination, from scheduling leadership team meetings to preparing executive-level presentations and follow-ups.

Total Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus + Equity: $70,000

Location: Las Vegas HQ - Onsite for 5 days per week.
