Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

Are you extremely detail oriented, organized, great at finding solutions and able to juggle multiple high-priority requests to meet tight deadlines? If so, then the Executive Assistant position at Disney Games and Digital Entertainment might be right for you!

This position supports the Vice President of Content Mobilization and Vice President of Franchise Creative for Disney Digital Entertainment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, efficient, and capable of achieving amazing results in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment. What You Will Do

  • Handle complex scheduling responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries

  • Prepare and manage expense reports

  • Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, secure and plan space, check meeting room preparedness, execute event details and needs, and follow up as appropriate

  • Attend meetings, take notes and track action items

  • Proactively resolve problems that might arise and pitches in to help

  • Order supplies and equipment along with other office management duties like coordinating office space

  • Schedule and host Zoom meetings if needed, including presentation sharing

  • Work closely with Executives on activities, projects, meetings, event planning and office logistics

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting business executives in large organizations in an administrative role, Disney experience a plus

  • Proven success partnering and interacting with all levels of Cast Members/Employees including Executive Leadership

  • Strong proficiency with standard office tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Admin savvy with willingness to learn new workflows and software

  • Professional approach and highly discreet while maintaining absolute confidentiality

  • Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships, including diplomatic and professional handling of telephone and email communications

  • Pro-active, anticipates needs and challenges, and follows through to deliver results  

  • Resourceful and flexible in dynamic, fast-paced environments

  • Extremely well organized and detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting at the VP level

  • Knowledge of Disney organization infrastructure and workflows preferred

  • Experience working in a large publicly traded company

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA, is $64,300.00 to $86,200.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
