Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate - Infrastructure Engineer to join our Office Enablement and IT Operations team. This role is crucial in providing advanced technical support and managing our IT infrastructure to ensure the reliable operation of systems, networks, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver advanced technical support, resolve complex system issues, and manage system maintenance for optimal network, hardware, and infrastructure performance.
• System & Network Management: Oversee Intune, Azure Active Directory (AD) & Group Policy, VDI, Remote Apps, and public key infrastructure. Configure and troubleshoot operating systems, Office applications, and end-user systems.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of End-User Computing (EUC) specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Device Management: Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, and end-user devices. Develop and enforce standards for hardware, software, and system configurations.
• Vendor & Relationship Management: Handle relationships with EUC technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Manage advanced printer/peripheral setups, troubleshoot Windows applications, and address networking issues.
• Security & Compliance: Implement robust backup strategies, engage in disaster recovery planning, and ensure data protection.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
