The Procurement team contributes to revenue and profit through internal and external partnering, by leading best in class procurement processes including assessment, selection, development, business execution and performance.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop and implement commodity strategies for facilities-related goods and services, ensuring alignment with overall procurement goals and objectives.
  • Strategic involvement in all sourcing selection decisions over $100k, ensuring procurement & negotiation best practices are being consistently deployed.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for facilities commodities, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a reliable supply chain and fostering partnerships that drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in facilities procurement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Facilities, Finance, and Legal departments, to ensure procurement activities meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering projects to optimize procurement spend and achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track and report on procurement performance and supplier performance.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams on facilities-related projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on facilities-related commodities in a high-tech environment.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts for facilities goods and services.
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, market analysis, and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze supplier quotes in various formats in a consistent & comparable manner, as well as extrapolating a relevant Total-Cost of Ownership assessment for the company.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

91,670 - 137,300, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
