Leapwork is seeking a Finance Operations Transformation Manager to drive efficiency, automation, and cost optimization within the company. This role involves optimizing enterprise operations across Finance, Legal, People, Digital, and Sales by implementing scalable solutions, automation, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial systems like NetSuite or MS Dynamics, a passion for process improvement, and experience with digitalization and technology enablement. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the manager will ensure the application stack and IT infrastructure are future-proof, efficient, and value-adding.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 7-10 years’ experience in systems support, business operations, or enterprise technology projects
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational processes
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Leapwork, Power Automate, Zapier)
Good to have:
  • Experience with supporting systems for HR, Sales, and Legal
  • Basic API integration principles
  • Exposure to dashboard/reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau)

We’re now looking for a Finance Operations Transformation Manager to help drive this next chapter of growth.

The role:

We are seeking a systems-savvy, process-driven Finance Operations Transformation Manager to optimise and support enterprise operations across Finance, Legal, People and Digital, and Sales. This role focuses on delivering scalable solutions, automation, and system integration across departments to enhance efficiency, visibility, and compliance.

Ideal for someone with a solid foundation in financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Sage) and a passion for cross-functional process improvement, digitalisation and technology enablement. 

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer based in Copenhagen, you’ll ensure our application stack IT infrastructure are future-proof, efficient, and value-adding. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build and optimise optimise enterprise operations with a focus on automation, speed, and control
  • Architect and implement end-to-end workflows across Finance, Legal, People, and Sales
  • Design scalable, integrated processes across NetSuite, CRM, HRIS, and document management systems
  • Deploy automation (no-code/low-code tools or APIs) to eliminate manual work and increase real-time visibility
  • Integrate operational data streams with BI tools to provide dashboards for management, legal, finance, HR, and commercial leaders
  • Lead transformation projects across support functions, including system upgrades, new platform implementations, and workflow reengineering
  • Enhance internal controls and compliance while designing for speed, scalability, and transparency
  • Continuously challenge the status quo by proposing innovative, tech-enabled process enhancements across the organisation

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field 
  • 7 – 10 years’ of experience in systems support, business operations, or enterprise technology projects
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms and supporting systems for HR, Sales, and Legal
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational processes (e.g., billing, collections, reporting, contract workflows, HR operations)
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Leapwork, Power Automate, Zapier) and basic API integration principles
  • Exposure to dashboard/reporting platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
