The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience, proficiency in DATEV, strong German GAAP knowledge, advanced MS Office skills, and fluency in German and English.

Are you a detail-oriented financial expert with a passion for optimizing processes and collaborating within a dynamic team? At Coliquio, we’re looking for a skilled Part-Time Financial Accountant to contribute to our success by managing key accounting functions and driving efficiency.
What you'll be doing
Accounts Payable:
Manage the entire accounts payable process, including fixed assets.
Process travel expenses and credit card statements accurately.
Handle accounting tasks for banks and cash registers.
Payment Transactions & Payroll Accounting:
Execute payment runs with precision and timeliness.
Oversee payroll accounting workflows.
Accounts Receivable:
Support accounts receivable processes, including generating order confirmations and invoices.
Month-End & Year-End Closing Activities:
Perform monthly account reconciliations and closing entries.
Record provisions and manage accruals and prepayments (ARAP).
Assist in preparing annual financial statements.
Support the capital expenditures (CAPEX) process.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external parties such as tax offices, consultants, auditors, and suppliers.
Collaborate closely with the Controlling team.
Continuous Improvement:
Optimize and enhance processes in accounting software such as DATEV and Docuware.
Actively contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics to modernize financial workflows.
Your Profile
Experience: 3-5+ years in a similar accounting role.
Skills & Traits:
Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in DATEV; advanced knowledge of Docuware, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent understanding of German statutory GAAP (HGB). Knowledge of US-GAAP is advantageous.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
Strong affinity for digital tools and process innovation.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and our parent company, WebMD.
