Game Data Analyst

The Game Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, balancing, and optimizing the game's numerical systems. This includes collaborating with other teams (design, development, art) to identify and resolve numerical balance issues. The role requires creating and enforcing numerical planning standards and procedures, tracking and analyzing in-game data to enhance player experience and satisfaction, and contributing to competitor analysis and market trend research for product improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical modeling, data analysis, and logical reasoning skills, in addition to experience in game development and a solid understanding of game numerical balance.
