As a Service Business Analyst, you will be the single point of contact for the Nordic SSD MT members to deliver strategic insights, analytics, and recommendations. Your responsibilities include translating business objectives into measurable performance tracking, delivering analytical insights to assess customer value propositions, participating in forecasting processes, and driving the development of agile methods. You will also collaborate with Service Finance and FP&A teams, share best practices, and gather insights from Western European markets. This role requires strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Description

As a Service Business Analyst you will be the single point of contact for the Nordic SSD MT members to deliver strategic insights, analytics, and recommendations on proposition, customer, competitor, sales & marketing & operations across customers, districts, and business axes.



Your role:

  • Translate key business objectives into measurable performance tracking, sharing progress with Nordic stakeholders, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.

  • Deliver analytical insights to assess the impact of customer value propositions in the Nordic market and optimize service performance by monitoring key operational and productivity indicators.

  • Participate in forecasting processes and provide financial analysis to prepare deals and tender propositions involving services, collaborating with Service Finance and FP&A teams.

  • Drive the development of agile methods and a test-and-learn culture in Nordic operations, shifting focus from descriptive reports to actionable insights, and engage with peers in Western European markets to share best practices and gather insights.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a relevant field, equipping you with a strong foundation for understanding complex business and financial concepts.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with financial analysis and can effectively support forecasting processes, prepare deals, and develop tender propositions involving services.

  • You possess expertise in KPI monitoring and reporting, data analysis and interpretation, root cause analysis (RCA), and KPI management.

  • You are skilled and committed to continuous improvement, fostering an agile test-and-learn culture, and engaging with peers across markets to share best practices and insights.

  • You're fluent in both English and Swedish.
