Job Description
Binance is seeking a Graphic Designer for its Accelerator Program. This role involves creating high-quality artwork and advertising materials that align with Binance's global brand identity across various products and markets. The designer will collaborate with the internal design team, research design trends, and contribute to brand-led campaigns. Responsibilities include translating strategic goals into visual concepts and working with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives. The program is designed for early-career talent, offering an immersive experience in the Web3 space, networking opportunities, and skill development within the blockchain industry.
Must have:
- Develop high-quality artwork aligned with Binance brand identity
- Collaborate with internal design team for brand coherence
- Research emerging design trends
- Participate in campaign ideation and development
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design preferred
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
Good to have:
- Knowledge of AI image generation tools and techniques
- Interest in Binance, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology

Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality artwork and advertising materials that reflect Binance’s global brand identity across various products and local markets
- Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherence and consistency across all creative outputs
- Proactively research and identify emerging design trends, contributing insights to strengthen internal creative discussions and innovation
- Participate in the ideation and development of brand-led campaigns, helping to translate strategic goals into compelling visual concepts
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and resonate with target audiences
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related design field preferred
- Fluency in English is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including layouts, typography, line composition, and color theory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams outside the Creative group
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Knowledge of AI image generation tools and techniques is a plus
- Interest in and knowledge of Binance, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology is a strong advantage
