We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Arts Intern being part of the Graphic Experience Center in Sant Cugat, Barcelona!
The HP Graphics Experience Center in Barcelona is a vital player in HP’s sales strategy and connects experts with customers to understand their needs and present the latest end-to-end Graphic Arts solutions.
In your role as a Graphics Arts Intern you will be sharing expertise and practical knowledge of HP´s Graphics Solutions Business technology and product portfolio to PSPs (Print Service Providers), brands, marketing agencies and convertors to highlight the power and added value of HP’s digital printing solutions. You’ll be assisting the presales consultants and the technical focal points for any questions related to medias, printing, Primers, HP Indigo technology and finishing towards customers as well as inside the HP organization.

Responsibilities:
Understanding of printing principles, theories, and concepts.
Assist with face-to-face and/or virtual product presentations to customers.
Total customer experience deployment: ensure that all customers have an exceptional experience visiting the Experience Center employees.
Assist with Sample Request (preparation, printing, finishing, shipping, reporting).
Operate printing equipment.
Finish jobs with the adequate equipment.
Aspire to be a digital print reference and show finishing and media expertise.
Work under own initiative and take ownership of issues, ensuring best in class support to partners and customers.
Contribute to process improvement for performance.
Apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and recommend appropriate alternative solutions.
Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes.
Contribute to EMEA sales objectives by constant improvement of customer experience in order to ensure business growth.
What are we looking for?
Looking for a last year student, as well as master’s, currently enrolled in a relevant Graphics Art course. Academic agreement is required.
Availability to develop an internship, both curricular and extracurricular, full time for a 3 - month period.
Knowledge of graphic packages, such as Illustrator.
Communication and presentation skills: confident speaking in public and taking an active role when facing customer visits.
Attention to detail: capable of prioritizing and giving emphasis to the quality of processes.
Strong team building and cooperation skills.
Proactivity and dynamic personality.
