The Group Head - Digital Media Planning at Publicismedia is responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing digital media campaigns for assigned clients. This role requires managing day-to-day planning and analysis, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients, and delivering superior data-based analysis. Responsibilities include devising media plans aligned with brand marketing strategies, pre- and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring timely deliverables (media plans, POVs, analyses), and handling client servicing and vendor management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Job Description

Job Responsibility:

The Digital Media Planner plans, negotiates and executes digital media campaigns for assigned client accounts. This position will have responsibility to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with media vendors, clients and partner agencies. The responsibilities are many, various, and not limited to those written in this document. These responsibilities must be directed continuously toward maintaining exceptional service to the client and providing timely deliverables, i.e., Media Plans, Point-of-Views (POVs), and related media analyses

 

·       Work with Mid and senior level planning, buying and implementation resources to help deliver superior data based analysis

·       Learn line functions, operations, management viewpoints and organization process, policies and practices that affect each phase of business.

·       Deploy implementation planning on on-going brand campaigns

·       Application of tools on  strategy & implementation

·       Help create better understanding of consumers, category and competition for both ongoing and prospective clients/brands

·       Devising media plans in synergy with the marketing strategy of the brands

·       Pre & Post Evaluation of the Media Campaigns

·       Ensuring daily & ad-hoc works as per client requirements

·       Client Servicing & vendor Management
