Role Description:
We seek a dynamic CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). This role is pivotal in growing our user base and enhancing customer engagement across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will deeply understand user journeys, in-app marketing, and customer relationship management across digital media channels You will be responsible for building and managing acquisition funnels, designing effective campaign strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
-- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Manage CRM across all channels and touchpoints to enhance engagement, cross-sell new products, and drive incremental revenue.
- Build lifecycle journeys and automated flows to maximize conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
- Strategize, build, and own the CRM calendar, creating innovative campaigns to drive maximum conversions.
- Create performance benchmarks across user cohorts to improve conversions using cross-channel communication journeys spanning In-App, Push, Direct Messaging, Email & SMS.
-- Content Marketing:
- Oversee creating and distributing high-quality, brand-aligned content across digital platforms, including social media, email, & websites.
- Develop data-backed insights to predict good/bad customer journeys, understand user engagement, and find levers for growth to maximize LTV.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovations that result in high ROAS creative assets (Video and Audio).
- Leverage marketing insights to better understand our customers and represent the voice of users.
-- Campaign Design and Optimization:
- Collaborate with the design team to create and hand off creatives supporting performance marketing efforts.
- Work with the product team to refine messaging and value propositions based on customer feedback.
-- Execution and Reporting:
- Build internal reporting systems to publish data, validate partner claims, and handle financial processes for smooth operations.
- Work across several aspects of marketing, from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, advocacy, events, and communication, and combine them into user journeys to impact respective product funnels.
- Optimize vendor costs and run campaigns with efficient ROI.
Skills Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with Facebook and Google ad tools.
- Experience in driving growth for fintech or early-stage products is a plus.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with 'Bharat' users.
- Graduate from IIT/IIM/ISB/BITS preferred.
Work Requirements:
- The candidate must be willing to work out of our Bellandur office, 5 days a week.
