Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee data in the HRIS, including personal information, employment history, job titles, salaries, and benefits;

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS for HR, management, and compliance purposes (e.g., turnover rates, headcount, or compensation data);

  • Identify opportunities to improve data management processes, workflows, and reporting within the HRIS to enhance efficiency and accuracy;

  • Ensure data security and compliance with local labor laws, and company policies;

  • Assist employees and managers with system-related inquiries;

  • Manage HRIS aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to offboarding departing employees, ensuring proper data entry and documentation;

  • Work closely with the HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure an accurate flow of information between different HR functions.

We need your professional experience:
  • Higher education in HR, Business Administration, or other relevant fields;

  • Prior experience with HRM systems (HiBob or similar ones);

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
