The HR Operations Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing, employee data management, and adherence to HR regulations. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on detail and efficiency. The Associate will be responsible for various tasks including:
* **Payroll Processing:** Leading monthly payroll processing, including overtime, claims, and allowances, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to banks and tracking approvals.
* **Compliance:** Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of CPF submissions, tax clearance, and year-end income tax assessments.
* **Reporting:** Generating reports on headcount, labor costs, and other relevant data for finance and management.
* **Data Management:** Maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
* **Process Development:** Developing and implementing payroll SOPs and ensuring adherence.
* **Employee Support:** Providing guidance to junior team members and facilitating a smooth offboarding experience for employees.
