Microsoft’s Chief Human Resource Officer’s (CHRO) team is hiring a Human Resources Strategy Analyst who will report to the Chief of Staff (COS) and play a key role in driving the goals of the Office of the CHRO and the organization.
You will conduct in-depth market-based, data-driven research, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders (e.g., Microsoft Board Committees) and senior leaders from across the business. You will also - in close partnership with the COS and CHRO - craft HR insights and communications for the Microsoft Board of Directors that synthesize key learnings and insights, and inform HR strategy for Microsoft.

Business Strategy IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
