Senior Lead Recruiter

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple business units across India and international markets (US, Canada).
  
• Understand hiring needs by partnering with internal stakeholders and translating them into effective sourcing strategies.
  
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using diverse sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines, maintain communication, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
  
• Own and drive negotiation and offer management processes, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and company policies.
  
• Implement innovative hiring strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters to improve overall team effectiveness.
  
• Utilize recruitment analytics to track metrics, generate reports, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  
• Promote employer branding through social media campaigns, hiring events, and recruitment marketing efforts.
  
• Foster a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruiting efforts.
  
• Maintain ATS/CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with hiring documentation and standards.
  
• Stay updated with market trends, competitive hiring landscape, and talent availability to recommend proactive strategies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to IT services, consulting, or staffing environments.
  
• Proven track record of hiring for diverse technical and non-technical roles across levels.
  
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
