This role blends organizational design, skills insights, and AI-intuitive platform planning to maintain agility and competitiveness. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership to design adaptable operating models, developing structures supporting business goals across various sectors, assessing talent capabilities and designing skills frameworks, utilizing an AI platform to anticipate future skill needs, supporting learning strategies, guiding teams through transformations, using talent analytics to inform decisions, and staying informed of industry trends. The ideal candidate will possess experience in organizational design, skills mapping, and HR strategy, along with strong collaboration and advisory skills.

You will partner closely with leaders to create scalable, forward-thinking strategies that empower teams, cultivate innovation, and support long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

Shaping Organisational Strategy & Design

  • Partner with leadership to design adaptable operating models on organisation design, talent strategy and skills transformation.
  • Develop structures that support our business goals across gaming, media, licensing, and digital experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize team collaboration, decision-making, and efficiency to foster an environment where creativity thrives.

Evolving Skills & Talent for the Future

  • Assess current talent capabilities and design skills frameworks that promote mobility, career growth, and clarity.
  • Utilize an AI-intuitive platform to anticipate future skill needs and workforce trends.
  • Support learning strategies that enable continuous upskilling and reskilling.

Leading Change with Purpose

  • Guide teams through transformation with clear, thoughtful change management strategies.
  • Support smooth transitions during periods of growth or business shifts
  • Foster a culture of adaptability, helping teams navigate industry changes with confidence.

Data-Driven Insights & Technology Integration

  • Use talent analytics and organisation modeling technologies to inform decisions on talent strategy and organisation design.
  • Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations on improving talent agility and performance.
  • Stay informed of industry trends in gaming, entertainment, and technology to future-proof our talent strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

Organisational Design and Skills Mapping:

  • Experience in designing and refining organisation structures, operating models, and skills planning.
  • Ability to align organisation design with business goals, talent needs, and future talent trends.
  • Background in skills mapping, job architecture, and talent planning using data-driven insights.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Collaboration & Advisory Skills:

  • Experience partnering with business leaders to implement organisational and skills transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management methodologies and strategies for operational evolution.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Business, HR Strategy, or a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in organisational design, skills mapping, or HR strategy or relevant professional experience.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £59,000.00 - £70,300.00 per year. The full range is £59,000.00 - £89,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
