Job Description & Summary

This role is to bridge the gap between functional expectation and technical implementation. Will be point of contact from IT department for few application and will be directly exposed to internal business stake holders and vendor development team.

Responsibilities: 

Managerial Responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of projects, project Planning and timelines.

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.

Monitor & communicate project status report on progress to all stakeholders.

Train and coach the members on IT applications used in Organization

Functional Responsibilities:

Must be well-versed with process of understanding business requirement and Hands-on in preparing Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, Use Case, User Stories, Wireframes, Prototypes etc.

Preparing & executing Test Plan, Test Cases & Test Scenarios & manual testing of applications and changes.

Coordination with different department SPOCs/business leaders to get their requirements and compile them.

Demo of IT applications to business stake holders and assist them in UAT execution and sign-off.

Coordination with Vendors’ development team for CR execution and implementation.

Provide clarity and guidance when working with developer to solve functional and analytical issues.

Working on web and mobile applications as BA including hand-on in preparing Mobile Wireframes, Prototypes on tool or using MS Office.
