The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.

Le Poste  

En tant que Responsable des Ventes Internes (H/F), vous serez le fer de lance de notre stratégie d'engagement client. Votre mission consistera à encadrer une équipe de Conseillers en Ventes Internes et Virtuelles, à élaborer des stratégies innovantes et à garantir des expériences client exceptionnelles. Votre expertise et votre passion seront les moteurs de notre réussite collective.

What You’ll Do
  • Leadership d’équipe : Diriger, encadrer et coacher une équipe de Conseillers en Ventes Internes et Virtuelles pour atteindre leurs objectifs et offrir des expériences client exceptionnelles. S'assurer que l'équipe est à jour sur les connaissances produit et les techniques de vente. 

  • Engagement client : Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour garantir que toutes les interactions entrantes avec les clients, que ce soit par téléphone, e-mail ou chat, se traduisent par une expérience positive et impactante. 

  • Exécution de campagnes stratégiques : Mettre en œuvre et superviser des campagnes de vente visant à générer des pistes, à nourrir les prospects et à conclure des ventes. 

  • Initiatives numériques : Collaborer avec l'équipe d'engagement client pour piloter des initiatives numériques afin d'interagir efficacement avec les clients et les prospects.

  • Analyse de performance : Surveiller et analyser la performance de l'équipe de vente, les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et les retours clients pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre les changements nécessaires. Fournir régulièrement des rapports sur la performance et les succès de l'équipe. 

  • Stratégie de vente : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction des ventes pour élaborer et affiner les stratégies de vente conformes aux objectifs et aux buts de l'entreprise.

What You’ll Bring
  • Expérience prouvée dans la gestion des ventes internes avec un historique de réalisation ou de dépassement des objectifs. 
  • Compétences solides en leadership et en gestion d'équipe. 
  • Niveau courant en anglais pour pouvoir interagir à un niveau stratégique. 
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. 
  • Maîtrise des logiciels CRM et des outils d'analyse des ventes. 
  • Orientation & passion client aiguë et engagement à offrir des expériences inoubliables. 
  • Auto-motivé(e) et passionné(e) avec la capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement de vente hautement automatisé et collaboratif. 
  • Familiarité avec le marketing numérique et l'exécution de campagnes. 
  • Pensée stratégique et capacités de résolution de problèmes.

We are seeking a passionate and results driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering impactful experiences to our customers while driving sales operational excellence.  

The role of the Inside Sales Team is to educate, inspire and skillfully guide Tesla’s potential customers through their buying journey. As the Inside Sales Manager at Tesla, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy. You will be responsible for managing a team of Inside and Virtual Sales Advisors driving the execution of inbound channels as well as tactical and digital initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional experience to customers in all forms, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression; in a bid to help us accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. 

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Inside & Virtual Sales Advisors to achieve their targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring the team are up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques. 
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to ensure that all inbound customer interactions, whether through phone, email, or chat, result in a positive and impactful experience. 
  • Tactical Campaign Execution: Execute, and oversee tactical sales campaigns aimed at generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals. 
  • Digital Initiatives: Collaborate with the customer engagement team to drive digital initiatives, to engage with customers and prospects effectively. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales team performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Providing regular reports on team performance and success.  
  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and refine sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Proven experience in inside sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Fluent in English to interact at a strategic level. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. 
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 
  • Self-motivated & passionate with ability to work effectively in a highly automated & collaborative sales environment.    
  • Proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign execution. 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
