Join a team of over 30 project managers working with teams from PwC Poland, PwC UK and the WE and CEE regions. We are looking for:
IT Project Manager MS Dynamics F&O


Your future role:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Dynamics F&O implementation, share best practices, and act as a key point of contact for both technical and business stakeholders,
  • Manage projects and report to Key Stakeholders,
  • Actively manage stakeholder expectations, align resources and potential conflicting priorities,
  • Train and lead a diverse, and often remote, team with different specializations;
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients,
  • Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects to a set time frame,
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen,
  • Manage and respond quickly to change in a fast-paced environment,
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients,
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand,
  • Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and budget feasibility,
  • Create a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress,
  • Manage the production of the required deliverables,
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation,
  • Coordinate internal resources,
  • Perform risk and change management,
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Project Stakeholders and third parties or vendors,
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Apply if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP system Delivery (Dynamics D365 F&O would be highly beneficial),
  • Understanding of various D365 F&O modules (e.g. Finance, SCM etc.);
  • Practical knowledge of Scrum framework,
  • Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (PMI PMBOK®, AGILE PM),
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments,
  • Ability to speak and write Polish and English fluently.
