Neural Concept is seeking a technically skilled and innovation-driven IT & Security Innovation Specialist to shape and scale its global IT infrastructure and compliance. This role involves leading and maintaining security certifications like ISO 27001 and TISAX, overseeing audits, and managing the company's IT landscape. A key aspect is driving the transformation towards an LLM-native company by implementing AI-powered systems to enhance productivity. The specialist will act as a subject matter expert in modern IT operations, guiding licensing, compliance, procurement, and system architecture. This strategic and operational position blends traditional IT leadership with the implementation of cutting-edge AI tooling.
Must have:
- 3+ years experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT operations
- Strong technical understanding of cloud-based IT stacks (SSO, device management, SaaS)
- Passion for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies (LLMs, generative AI)
- Experience owning security and compliance programs (ISO 27001, TISAX)
- Proactive, organized, and able to balance stability with innovation
Good to have:
- Experience in a tech or startup environment
- Experience integrating/managing platforms like BambooHR, Odoo, Atlassian, Slack, GitHub

We are looking for a technically skilled and innovation-driven IT & Security Innovation Specialist to help shape and scale Neural Concept’s global IT infrastructure and compliance landscape. This person will report directly to the COO and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams.

What You Will Do
This is a strategic and operational role that blends traditional IT leadership (compliance, audits, infrastructure) with the excitement of implementing the most modern, AI-powered tooling available. You will play a key role in evolving our organization into a fully LLM-native company—where security, automation, and AI-enhanced operations are core to every function.
- Lead and maintain security certifications such as ISO 27001, TISAX, and other compliance frameworks relevant to our customers and markets.
- Oversee internal and third-party audits, ensuring readiness, risk mitigation, and continual improvement.
- Partner with the COO to manage and evolve Neural Concept’s global IT landscape, including identity, access management, endpoint control, and cloud tooling.
- Drive the LLM-native transformation of internal tools and workflows—research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered systems to enhance team productivity across departments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in modern IT operations, offering guidance on licensing, compliance, procurement, and system architecture.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT operations—preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- You bring strong technical understanding of modern cloud-based IT stacks (e.g., SSO, device management, SaaS orchestration).
- You are passionate about innovation, automation, and emerging technologies, particularly LLMs and generative AI.
- You are comfortable owning security and compliance programs (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX) and managing audits.
- You are proactive, highly organized, and able to balance operational stability with innovation and scale.
- Experience integrating or managing platforms like BambooHR, Odoo, Atlassian, Slack, GitHub, etc. is a strong plus.
