Lead 3D Game Artist

1. Main tasks:

- Proactively work with the Project Manager and other Game Designer, Developer teams to plan specific tasks for the Art team.

- Responsible for Game Art quality.

- Distribute, assign tasks, and manage progress for team members.

- Define style and guide the Art team to develop style according to guidelines or based on the style used in each game.

- Improve the Art Production process to work effectively and suitably in the future.

- Monitor the development of each member and regularly organize training, sharing, coaching for the Art team to help them develop further.

- Provide ideas, suggestions to contribute to improving products, processes, and the company.

2. General requirements:

- Have at least 5 years of experience in the game industry, with about 3 years in the same position in a game production company.

- Proficient in design software such as AI, Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip studio paint, InDesign…

- Have hand-drawing, machine drawing, sketching skills.

- Have experience in producing images.

- Have experience in team management and can handle many projects at the same time.

- Always proactively update design trends, new technologies to apply to work.

- Have in-depth knowledge of the principles of design and illustration production.

- Good logical skills, communication, persuasion & presentation skills.

3. Experience requirements:

- Have experience working in game projects from start to finish. Having a successful commercial product is an advantage.

- Understanding the tasks of related departments in the game production and release process (Dev, GD, Marketing…).
