Recruitment is one of our key business areas, and our goal is to become the number one in the industry. In this role, you will face new challenges and a fast-paced environment, have the opportunity to influence processes, lead initiatives, and test new hypotheses. Currently, the company is focused on hiring A-players, so we need your creativity, boldness, and resourcefulness.

Tasks

  • Managing your team's work: evaluating employee performance and development, analyzing their results, and assigning tasks among them

  • Developing candidate sourcing strategies

  • Monitoring and improving key metrics

  • Leading initiatives and continuous process improvement

  • Identifying problem areas and proposing hypotheses for their resolution

  • Enhancing the quality of candidate profile assessments

  • Hiring the best specialists from around the world

Requirements

  • Having a successful track record in recruitment in IT/gamedev companies

  • Skillfully managing a team – distributing workloads, evaluating results, and solving complex tasks

  • Possessing strong organizational skills and a systematic approach

  • Proficient in using X-ray and Boolean search techniques, as well as other essential candidate sourcing channels and tools

  • Embracing an analytical approach and always considering data when making decisions

  • Building strong partnership relationships with hiring managers: adept at identifying and solving recruitment challenges, and proposing ready solutions

  • Ability to articulate your perspective and engage in constructive debates
