By supporting a team of professionals (partners, directors and managers), you’ll get the opportunity to make an impact on big projects, and contribute to the smooth running of a global network. We are looking for an experienced Management Assistant for our Advisory department!
Your impact
As a Management Assistant, your responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a keen eye for detail.
Provide support to Partners, Directors and Managers
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the management team.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

About you
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in a support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and/or French and a very good knowledge of English
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with people of all walks of life and maintain consistent professionalism
Very good command of MS Office and Google Tools
Service-oriented, solution-minded, proactive and a strong team player.
Energetic and skilled in multitasking
Ability to solve problems in the blink of an eye
Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
