About the job:
This role requires a skilled HR professional who can support and partner with local and regional teams in Taiwan. You will be responsible for ensuring complete delivery of HR processes in the country, handling compliance matters, reviewing local policies, and working with various stakeholders to mitigate market-related risks. You will also provide local context and advice on key HR matters, support labor management councils, and engage with external labor bodies.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in Taiwan
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
Good to have:
  • Experience handling compliance requirements
  • Experience conducting risk assessments
  • Experience reviewing regulatory requirements
  • Experience supporting labor relations and union engagements
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analysis, and change management skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in Taiwan.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and English fluently to support and partner with local and regional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience handling compliance requirements, conducting risk assessments, reviewing other regulatory requirements, and supporting labor relations and union engagements.
  • Excellent project management skills and delivery, with ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analysis, and change management skills.
