In this role you will

岗位职则

Develop and oversee the annual game brand and mobile game product distribution plan, allocating the budget and other resources to ensure the delivery of ROI as per HQ guidelines.
Lead the execution, rollout, optimization, and analysis of marketing strategies with integrated marketing campaigns based on our game user insights from the China market.
Build and Manage the China marketing team (product marketing: games, content, etc., user acquisition, brand management and creatives)
Act as a direct operational and strategic link between the Outfit7 China office and Outfit7 headquarters, maintain the marketing performance reporting and operational link with the China team and headquarters.
制定并监督年度游戏品牌和手游产品发行计划，分配预算和其他资源，确保按照总部指导方针实现投资回报率 (ROI)。

Your experience

经验

3-5 years of significant mobile gaming marketing experience, ideally in the casual game category, and China social media content marketing for mobile games experience is a plus.
Experience leading small- to medium-sized teams of junior and senior people.
Solid, functional mobile game marketing knowledge, preferably with recent experience in leading a marketing team.
拥有 3-5 年资深手游营销经验（最好为休闲游戏类），有中国手游社交媒体内容营销经验者更佳。
具备带领中小型团队的经验，其中应包括初级和高级成员。
具备扎实的手游营销知识，近期有领导营销团队的经验者优先。
