Job Description

As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-performing creative content and exploring innovative ad directions that drive explosive, viral growth for our games. You will work closely with the User Acquisition, Art, and Game Design teams to create outstanding marketing content and videos that maximise the commercial success of our games and the company. Responsibilities include producing creative assets, applying marketing psychology, contributing to group discussions, developing video ad concepts, executing video editing and motion design, maximizing click-through rates, producing and iterating on video assets, presenting concepts, maintaining visual consistency, proofreading, staying updated with creative tools, monitoring competitor trends, archiving assets, using external libraries, reducing costs, communicating updates, and complying with company standards.
Must have:
  • Proven experience in video editing and motion design for marketing or gaming.
  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of creative marketing principles and performance-driven design.
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute ideas visually with high impact.
  • Experience producing content for digital ads, particularly user acquisition.
  • 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of mobile gaming trends.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated to continuously learn new tools, skills, and creative approaches.
  • Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on site.

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Motion Designer to join our Creative Marketing team.

As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-performing creative content and exploring innovative ad directions that drive explosive, viral growth for our games. You will work closely with the User Acquisition, Art, and Game Design teams. Together, you will create outstanding marketing content and videos that maximise the commercial success of our games and the company.

This is a permanent role based in Bellandur, Bangalore, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. If you're not already based locally, we’ll support your move with comprehensive relocation assistance, ensuring a smooth transition.

Responsibilities:

    • Produce regular high-performing creative assets that perform well across key ad networks.
    • Apply marketing psychology and lessons from the team to your daily creative work.
    • Actively contribute in group discussions and foster creative ideas within the team.
    • Think creatively to develop original video ad concepts for various games.
    • Execute strong video editing and motion design for advertising content.
    • Maximise click-through rates (CTR) and reduce cost-per-install (CPI) through strategic creatives.
    • Produce and iterate on video and visual assets suitable for full production.
    • Present concepts and final work to line managers and incorporate feedback.
    • Maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials.
    • Proofread to ensure accuracy and high-quality output.
    • Stay updated with emerging creative tools, software, and devices.
    • Monitor competitor trends and maintain awareness of industry leaders' work.
    • Archive assets for easy access and reuse, avoiding redundant production.
    • Use external libraries to procure assets and save production time.
    • Reduce costs and increase revenue through efficient content creation.
    • Communicate relevant updates and issues to your line manager.
    • Comply with company procedures, strategies, and creative standards.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in video editing and motion design for marketing or gaming.
