[Project Details]:

• Project name: Allion SCM Integrated Planning Project.
• Project is to develop SCM integrated planning solution based on O9 solution platform. Currently Wave1 UAT is in progress, will go live in May 2023 and BAU support will start then. This position is for BAU support.

[Technology and Sub-technology]

• O9 Functional Implementation skill
• Exposure to O9 supply planning modelling for different industries
• SQL queries, IBPL, Python, R-Script, Performance Tuning, etc.
• SSIS Integration skill is added advantage

Resource must play a role of O9 Functional Implementation engineer in existing O9 implementation team. Resource should be able to assess the business requirement and provide O9 functional solution for the same. Resource should be able to perform effort estimation, mock-up solutions and present to customer, upon confirmation implement the same to existing O9 implementation.   Shift may be Japan shift (6:30 am – 3:30 pm IST) or India shift (9 am – 6 pm IST)

[Primary Skills]:

• Exposure in O9 Technology as an Implementation specialist
• Expertise in Modeling as well as reporting
• Exposure in performance tuning and job scheduling
• Expertise in SQL queries, IBPL and various type of O9 functional objects (Action Buttons/ Plug-in / Graphs / Other reports / etc.)
• Exposure in customizing the model for the specific business requirement.
• Minimum one implementation experience of O9 Supply planning solution / IBP
• Exposure in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Analytics
• Implementation / Support exposure on Supply Chain Management / Planning solutions
• Exposure in Graph database models, SQL queries /some coding exposure e.g., Java, C, Python etc.
• Exposure in various type of supply chain networks model
• Exposure in performance tuning in O9 solutions
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Accuracy and timeliness of delivering solutions using coding standards and practices
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

[Responsibilities and Duties]:

•  Work on the implementation ticket assigned.
• Prepare mock-up solutions for the requirement and present the solution to business team
• Implement the approved solutions
• Perform unit test and share the demo to business users
• Conduct user training
• Perform UAT
• Perform config port as well as support config port to production
• Verify and fine tune the job scheduling
• Evaluate and perform the tuning for the long running functions
• Conduct business process training to Junior technical and functional members
• Present papers on O9 or Supply Chain Planning Solutions.
