We are currently seeking a Project Manager I to join a dynamic team for an exciting opportunity in Illinois. This role is primarily onsite, with the potential for remote work following an initial training period.

This is a great chance for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to bring their project management expertise to a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn compliance systems quickly, along with a track record of solving problems and supporting project execution in compliance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project compliance reviews to ensure projects are completed in line with Pharmacovigilance, OEC, Finance, and Procurement standards.
  • Oversee supplier compliance, including conducting evaluations, renewals, and onboarding of new suppliers as needed.
  • Provide support for Purchase Order (PO)/Purchase Order Change Notices (POCN), ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Manage the GlobalBITeam shared mailbox, categorize incoming emails, and escalate issues when appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigatory skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate compliance systems and procedures.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization or similar environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or market research industries.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or SNAPP is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard 40-hour workweek.
  • Travel: No travel required.
