BULKHEAD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our Recruitment and HR team.
In this role, you’ll support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to HR support, ensuring a smooth experience for all new starters and employees.
You’ll work across departments to create effective onboarding plans and help drive a positive employee experience.
What you'll be doing
-Support recruitment through applicant management, interview coordination, and job posting.
-Manage the onboarding process, including equipment setup, scheduling, and inductions.
-Distribute offer letters, contracts, and complete Right to Work checks.
-Assist with relocation support and manage employee absence records.
-Provide HR admin support and ensure a seamless employee experience.
What we need from you
-Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
-Proactive, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
-Previous experience in administration or People Operations in a fast-paced environment.
-A passion for creating positive employee experiences (interest in games is a bonus!).
